This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from dxdstudios.com.


ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are delivered within 4-14 days 
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
  • During high demand (drops, sales), processing times may be extended

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


SHIPPING TIMELINES

India

  • Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days

International

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.


SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions
  • International shipping rates vary based on destination

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier partner details

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided link.


DELIVERY DELAYS

Delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Weather or natural disruptions
  • Courier partner delays
  • Remote location delivery
  • Public holidays

DXD Studios is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD may be available on eligible orders
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Disable COD for certain orders
    • Cancel orders flagged as high-risk or suspicious

FAILED DELIVERY / RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept order

The shipment will be returned to us (RTO).

In such cases:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Re-dispatch will be done only after additional shipping payment
  • Repeated RTO orders may result in restriction of future orders

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

  • International orders may be subject to:
    • Import duties
    • Customs taxes
    • Local handling charges

These charges are:

  • Customs delays
  • Additional charges imposed by authorities

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier:

  • DXD Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

However, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner where possible.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Report within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo/video proof

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details.

DXD Studios is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Delivery failures due to wrong information

RIGHT TO MODIFY

DXD Studios reserves the right to:

  • Modify shipping timelines and charges
  • Update this policy at any time without prior notice
