Orders are delivered within 4-14 days
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
During high demand (drops, sales), processing times may be extended

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Courier partner details

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided link.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delays may occur due to:

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

COD may be available on eligible orders

FAILED DELIVERY / RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)

If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect address
Customer unavailable
Refusal to accept order

The shipment will be returned to us (RTO).

In such cases:

Shipping charges are non-refundable
Re-dispatch will be done only after additional shipping payment
Repeated RTO orders may result in restriction of future orders

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier:

DXD Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged:

Report within 7 days of delivery
Provide clear photo/video proof

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details.
