🔁 RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY — DXD STUDIOS

DXD Studios (“DXD”, “we”, “our”) is a fashion and lifestyle brand operated under R.S. Enterprises, a registered business in India.

This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made on dxdstudios.com.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer returns and exchanges under limited conditions to maintain product quality and hygiene.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • You received a wrong product
  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You require a size exchange (subject to availability)

CONDITIONS

To be eligible:

  • We have 7 days refund return and replacement  policy 
  • Replacement products will be delivered within 5-7 days 
  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All tags must be intact
  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

NON-RETURNABLE CASES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size issues (if correct size was delivered)
  • Minor color or fit variations due to lighting or display
  • Products without original tags or damaged by the customer
  • Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers

👉 All sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.


SALE ITEMS

All products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional campaigns are considered final sale.

  • No returns
  • No exchanges
  • No refunds

Exceptions apply only if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive a wrong item

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support.dxdstudios@gmail.com
  2. Mention your Order ID + reason
  3. Attach clear images/videos (if damaged or incorrect item)
  4. Wait for approval from our team

Once approved:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (if serviceable), or
  • You may be required to self-ship the product



Refund Process

  • Returned product undergoes quality check (QC)
  • If approved → refund will be credited in bank account within 3–5 working days
  • If rejected → item will be shipped back to you

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping:
    • Covered by us only if the issue is from our side
    • Otherwise, customer bears return shipping cost

DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Report within 7 days  of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of your request.


ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

RIGHT TO REFUSE

DXD Studios reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that fail quality check
  • Refuse excessive or suspicious return requests
  • Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice
